Send Full-Quality Photos Privately to the People You Love

You’ve got pictures! But how do you share them with your friends or family without tying up their email accounts, requiring them to install sharing software and do it securely out of the reach of social media’s grasp?

A new photo and video sharing app now makes it easier than ever to share files in real-time on the web, mobile, and desktop. Kicksend is designed to allow you to drag and drop sets of files at once and everybody on your list starts securely downloading the file instantly without having to manually approve the downloads.

Kicksend's co-founder Pradeep Elanjumaran recently shared with VentureBeat; “Today, everyone has a camera and video-recorder in their pocket, but we all have different ideas about what we want shared publicly." He continued, “Kicksend was built with the idea that we’re moving away from blast-it-out style sharing and more to a granular, quality over quantity, send to the right people for the right reasons style sharing.”

Digitwirl’s Carley Knobloch produced this short video featuring Kicksend’s way to send full-quality photos privately to the people you love. In it she explains how Kicksend is free and has apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
